It's that time again, just before the energies of mother nature begin to open and take a new breath

of expansion at Springtime! We, of course, follow this rhythm with our own opening and expansion,

and we do this naturally, without even thinking about it. 

Expansion undoubtedly creates a feeling of Joy, and it is always good to enter such a time consciously. 

To take advantage of the supporting energies of mother nature, for the past 12 years

I have chosen to run the 21 day Self-Awareness Intensive from March 1 to 21. 

This magical process has helped many people to move deeper into themselves and discover new

and exciting surprises both from inside as well as outside.

During these 21 days, we will have an opportunity to focus our energies inwards and access deeper

layers of our unconscious hidden in the body, as well as tap into fresh sources of creativity and Joy. 

For those of you who have participated in the 7 and 10 day intensives, this will be a much deeper

experience, and for those of you who will be joining for the first time, you'll have a powerful inner

transformation that will keep you smiling for months to come.

NOTE 2: I am finally happy to announce that I will be starting the first DHM Practitioner Training

in the beginning of 2010. If you are interested in this training, please be advised that this 21 day 

Self-Awareness Intensive will be a pre-requisite.
