The fundamental core of the DHM (Dalian Healing Method) is consciousness – it views healing of the body, mind, and spirit as a by-product of growth in consciousness. The DHM is a “bull’s eye” healing method that helps to quickly identify the root cause(s) of pain, anxiety, depression, and illness (i.e. chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, asthma, thyroid, Crohn's disease, etc.) and quickly remove the layers of suppressed thought-forms and emotions that create energetic blockages, pain, and illness from the body's cellular memory.

The DHM was created by Eliza Mada Dalian in the late 1990s as a result of her 30 year exploration of human consciousness and unconsciousness. By combining her childhood ability to read thought forms in the human body and energy with 100% accuracy, her skill as a healer, and her awakened consciousness as a mystic, Mada Dalian was able to create a groundbreaking new healing method – DHM. Through this method we can quickly peel away and release the layers of suppressed thoughts and emotions that are stored in our body and permanently dissolve the energetic blocks that create physical pain and keep us repeating our unconscious behaviour patterns.
For example, if youexperienced something as a child and made a conclusion based on your experience, your conclusion will be imprinted in your body’s cells and will run as an unconscious program/belief. Each time you experience a similar situation, this old belief will be triggered, and you will react. This, of course, will be a mechanical and unconscious reaction that can repeat from event to event, or life to life until you become aware and release the original program/belief from your body.

"All that we are is the result of what we have thought; it is founded on our thoughts, it is made up of our thoughts." - Dhammapada
Whether we are aware of it or not, ninety nine percent of our physical ailments or mental and emotional problems are caused by our suppressed beliefs, thoughts, and emotions. These beliefs and emotions create energetic blocks and undermine the natural flow of our life force. They keep our ego-mind alive and sabotage our inner health, and happiness.
Instead of trying to substitute negative beliefs with positive ones, or suppress the symptoms with medication, DHM first looks into the person’s unconsciousness and identifies the causes of their beliefs, pain, depression, illness, and suffering. Then, in a methodical way and through systematic breathing and vocal expression, it works with the person’s entire body and energy, removing the suppressed thought forms and emotions from the body’s cellular memory.
This healing method not only removes the initial imprints and causes of the energetic blocks from the body, but it also simultaneously removes them from the emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies. The release of the suppressed thoughts and emotions from the entire body relieves the body of stress and creates a permanent energetic shift in consciousness. Allowing the needed awareness to naturally surface from within, effortlessly transforms depression, pain, and illness into health and consciousness.
Ultimately, it is consciousness that heals the body, mind, and emotions, and restores the energetic balance between the body and spirit. Increased consciousness helps us to disidentify from the illusion created by our ego-mind and helps us find the inner fulfillment and creativity that is independent of the outside world. With its focus on transforming unconsciousness into consciousness, DHM automatically and instantaneously brings about positive change – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
In essence, DHM transforms dis-ease into health and unconsciousness into consciousness. (You can find an in-depth explanation about the seven energy bodies and how to heal the wounded ego-mind into consciousness in Mada’s book IN SEARCH OF THE MIRACULOUS: Healing into Consciousness.) |

| How is DHM different from all other healing methods? Read |

To best illustrate the differences between the Dalian Healing Method and other healing methods I have used comparison; however, it is not my intention to discredit other healing methods or practitioners. I believe that all methods are useful and valuable, but have limitations that must be acknowledged if our collective consciousness in health and healing is to continue to evolve
Healing practices, both conventional and alternative, as they are today, are limited, because they fail to treat the person as a unified energetic whole. Traditionally, they try to heal patients by dividing them into three parts: body, mind/emotions, and spirit. The three major systems of healing that grew out of this division can be categorized as body-oriented, mind-oriented, and spirit-oriented healing. Each system has its own logic and benefits, and though it may acknowledge and indirectly address the other parts, it does not directly work with them. Although these systems deal with the same human body and energy, they are based on a fragmented consciousness and as a result remain incomplete. By focusing on separate parts of the person they keep the person’s attention and awareness divided, and the being fragmented and confused. By only working with one aspect of the human being, these systems remain limited and unable to go into the root cause of the problem and remove the core imprint at a cellular level.
The body-oriented healing practices, such as conventional medicine, acupuncture, chiropractic, naturopathy, different types of bodywork, etc. primarily focus on healing the body, and though they acknowledge the psycho-emotional component of illness or ailments, they do not directly work with the person’s psyche, spirit/life force, or consciousness. The conventional medical model attempts to treat the patient’s body without exploring and understanding the true cause of the ailments that are hidden in the person’s psyche or energy. Therefore, this kind of healing modality does not encourage us to look inside and become aware of what our bodies are trying to tell us about our mental and emotional state, or our consciousness. Any imbalances in our energy are directly connected to the lessons that we need to learn in order to grow spiritually and heal into consciousness.
The mind-oriented healing practices, such as psychology, psychiatry, and counseling, treat fragments of our psycho-emotional personalities by focusing on our thoughts, emotions, and behaviour. By not simultaneously working with the body, spirit, and life force, where the causes of the psychological behaviour patterns are hidden, the healing remains incomplete. Fragmented healing perpetuates our disconnectedness from our body and the spiritual lessons that are hidden within it. As the father of psychoanalysis Sigmund Freud himself admits, “psychiatry takes hysterically unhappy people and makes them normally unhappy.” In terms of spiritual growth and transformation, unless the causal imprints of the psychological programs are identified and are erased on a cellular level, permanent healing and transformation in consciousness is impossible.
The spirit-oriented healing practices such as faith and psychic healing use prayer, meditation, and intention to heal us physically, mentally, or spiritually, but they rarely ever work with our unconscious beliefs, thoughts, and emotions suppressed in the body. Spirit-oriented treatments that are often based on religious conditionings and suppressions, judge the causes of psychological or physical ailments as good or evil. By ignoring the spirit’s relationship to the body and the mind, and the spiritual lessons hidden within the person’s psyche, they often slow down or retard the person’s growth in consciousness. True healing and spiritual evolution cannot happen if we ignore any part of our existence, or fail to recognize that all our physical, mental, and emotional challenges exist in order to help us transform our unconsciousness and heal into consciousness.
Many people are now becoming aware that the conventional paradigm of healthcare is no longer sufficient, and both the practitioners and their patients are becoming aware that our problems are not strictly physical or psychological. Some medical doctors, psychologists, or psychiatrists, although still in the minority, have begun to incorporate elements from other healing systems into their practice. They have begun to experiment with alternative methods of healing or are recommending them to their patients. Some have even gone so far as to use or suggest prayer and visualization exercises, meditation, or bodywork. In spite of these improvements, however, they still fail to directly work with their client’s consciousness and unconsciousness.
The self-awareness that can only arise after consciousness is fully present in the physical body is essential for health and spiritual transformation. Our physical ailments are simply signals that indicate the spiritual lessons that we need to learn in order to grow and evolve. The power of consciousness is such, that by mere recognition of the lessons, we erase the old beliefs that keep us unconscious, and begin to heal. Once we ground our consciousness in the body, our healing becomes permanent.
Permanent transformation and healing into consciousness are impossible without a) working with the whole person (body, mind, emotions, and spirit) and identifying the root cause of the problem or ailment, b) working with both the conscious and unconscious mind, including the soul’s entire history from this and other lifetimes, c) working with balancing the female/male (yin/yang) energies in the body, and d) working with and strengthening the witnessing awareness.
I call the DHM a bull’s eye method for the new millennium, because it works with all of these aspects simultaneously. It immediately accesses the root cause in the unconscious and connects you to your witnessing awareness within which lies the power and consciousness of health.
In truth, healing with the DHM is a paradox, because it does not actually create healing, rather, it uncovers the existing health that is already your very being. DHM works by simultaneously releasing your fullness (the blocks created by your suppressed thoughts and emotions) and awakening the consciousness of your ever-present inner silence and emptiness in the Here and Now.
