7 Day Self-Awareness Intensive

The 7 day Self-Awareness Intensive is an excellent introductory process if you are looking to experience freedom from your suppressed thoughts and emotions and find the peaceful still center inside that never moves. This intensive is offered once a year in beautiful Vancouver, British Columbia.

If you feel that even after practicing with yoga and silent meditation methods you are still feeling stuck with the same old thoughts and emotions, this Intensive will give you an opportunity to release what is suppressed and come to experience your inner being in a new and more grounded way.

You may gain intellectual understanding about spiritual truths by listening to teachers or reading books, but you may still miss truly knowing the truth first-hand unless you experience it for yourself.

 This intensive offers a practical opportunity to begin peeling away the layers of suppressed thought patterns that prevent you from experiencing and knowing the truth you have read and heard for yourself.

This is a Summer Urban Retreat, which you can participate in even while continuing with your day-to-day activities such as work and family.

The intensive will incorporate daily Osho Dynamic meditation and Eliza Mada Dalian's incomparable individual guidance. It also incorporates elements from the Dalian Healing Method, which will allow you a greater opportunity to become conscious of yourself and open to new possibilities of recognizing your true purpose and inner power.
