10 day Self-Awareness Intensive

It is for those who have tried everything else and still feel stuck. It is for the brave at heart who are ready to take the risk to face their unconscious and liberate themselves from fear, pain, and suffering.

It is not enough to just read books and hope to wake up!

This intensive offers a practical opportunity to feel and see transformation and awakening in action!

It is an Urban Retreat which allows you to continue with your day-to-day activities such as work and family, but with a unique opportunity to heighten your awareness of yourself and the world around you.

The intensive incorporates daily active meditations (Osho Dynamic, and other Active Meditations) and Eliza Mada Dalian's clear individual guidance. It also incorporates elements from the Dalian Healing Method which will allow you a greater opportunity to jump out of your conditionings and collective beliefs.  

Humor and laughter are also very much part of the process!
